4. Placing bets on the exchange
- Goldenexch99 is a betting exchange: you may back (bet for) or lay (bet against) an outcome at market-driven odds.
- A bet is confirmed once matched. Matched bets are binding and generally cannot be cancelled.
- We reserve the right to void bets placed on markets affected by obvious error, technical fault, or suspected manipulation.
5. Fair use and prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law;
- Use bots, automated systems, or exploit software faults to gain an unfair advantage;
- Engage in collusion, match-fixing, money laundering, or fraud;
- Attempt to access another user's account or disrupt the Site's operation.
Breach of these rules may result in suspension, account closure, and forfeiture of funds obtained improperly.
6. Responsible gaming
